  2. If the product is damaged or broken upon delivery

  • If more than 3 days have passed since delivery

  • If the product is returned without original packaging or tags

  • You must report any issues within 3 days of receiving the product

  • Proof of the issue (photo/video) must be shared via inbox or WhatsApp

💸 Refund or Exchange Options

  • We will provide a replacement or a refund based on your request.

  • Refunds will only be issued via Mobile Banking (bKash/Nagad) or Bank Transfer.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received.
